Uni\/PdR 125\/2022 Gender Equality Certification<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On March 30, 2026<\/strong>, TUV<\/strong> certified that the organization of Shield Pony srl<\/strong> operates in accordance with the requirements of the UNI PdR 125:2022<\/strong> standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This standard defines guidelines for a management system aimed at promoting gender equality<\/strong> based on six KPIs: culture, governance, HR processes, growth opportunities, pay equity, and parental leave. The goal is to reduce stereotypes, discrimination, and pay gaps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
