Uni/PdR 125/2022 Gender Equality Certification
On March 30, 2026, TUV certified that the organization of Shield Pony srl operates in accordance with the requirements of the UNI PdR 125:2022 standard.
This standard defines guidelines for a management system aimed at promoting gender equality based on six KPIs: culture, governance, HR processes, growth opportunities, pay equity, and parental leave. The goal is to reduce stereotypes, discrimination, and pay gaps.

ESG Environmental Sustainability Report
Thanks to its collaboration with Confartigianato and Turtle srl, Shield Pony srl is pleased to present its Report on Corporate Sustainability Assessment and Improvement, which includes a detailed sustainability report (VSME basic module), monitoring indicators, and guidelines for the transition.
The ESG report (Environmental, Social, and Governance) is a key document that discloses a company’s performance in environmental, social, and governance areas; it aims to increase transparency for investors and stakeholders by measuring sustainability initiatives with concrete data.
